No ISO certificate on our own management system. By choice.
MAREX does not hold ISO certification of its own management system, by choice. Quality control is our profession: we audit and inspect organisations working towards ISO standards, and an auditor cannot be judge and party.
Underwater work in operating facilities leaves no margin for improvisation. These commitments apply to every MAREX assignment.
Diving safety plan
A safety plan specific to each project and site, verified on site by MAREX leadership.
Live environments
Protocols agreed with animal care and operations teams when working with marine life and visitors present.
Qualified personnel
Inspections performed by certified inspectors and commercial divers, with recognised qualifications.
Independence
MAREX also performs maintenance and repair work. Where MAREX has carried out inspections, expert assessments or quality control campaigns on an asset, it will only undertake subsequent maintenance or repair on that asset with the agreement of all parties.
Traceability
Every finding is located, documented and linked to field evidence. Reports are signed.
Confidentiality
Project data, drawings and reports are treated as confidential. Client data is used solely for the purpose of the assigned mission.
